They have a very thorough selection. Some of the haircare products are regular priced. The hair I needed was overpriced.

Even though they have a large selection of Beauty Supplies the service there is not very professional because one of the employees spent most of her time complaining about her co-workers work ethics right in front of us I don't think that was the proper time to discuss company matters in front of customers she didn't seem very happy about being there that day and I thought it was very of rude of her when she saw us standing at the counter first but instead she waited on someone else that walked up after we arrived she didn't even acknowledge that we were there ignoring us for several minutes so we left without buying anything that was a good way of losing money and customers

When I say I have been a "loyal customer" for years when dealing with Mike, the actual owner! I will say that he seems to always had and have the greatest deals in the city. I think that the customer service, is fair depending on who is working. The son of Mike, rude a "egotistical" person and can be rude! I however just respectfully check him and boom 💥back to reality he return.

I just left the store and had to do this as soon as I got to the parking lot. Their selection is fantastic and their entire staff is friendly. I was helped by a wonderful woman named crystal and she not only directed me to the proper isles and recommended me products, but also gave me some pointers on braiding hair. I’m new to it so I definitely need all the help I can get. This kind of service is why they will always get my business. Thank you all!
